Full Spectrum of Financial accounting and management reporting:

  • This includes preparing full set of accounts for outsourced clients;
  • Prepare and submit GST;
  • Compilation of unaudited financial statements;
  • Issue cheque and payment vouchers; and
  • General administrative work

Skills and attributes:

  • At least Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in keeping full set of accounts
  • Experience in Quickbook & XERO preferred
  • Excellent communication (both English & Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to travel to client’s office within Singapore
