Apart from corporate secretarial, accountancy and tax services, our areas of practice also include business and management consultancy. To provide our clients with a total business and management solution, we carry out special audit, evaluation of the company’s shares, provide business forecast and projections and enhancement of financing. We also provide tactful negotiation with bankers in rescheduling of banking facilities and in loan applications.
Our clients comprise both local and foreign entities. We work very closely with our legal associates, Mr Louis Lim from the boutique law firm of Louis Lim & Partners (Advocates and Solicitors) in advising our clients on all legal and corporate matters. We also work very closely with our audit associates for all auditing matters.
The strength of the firm is the wealth of experience of our precedent partner Miss Amabel Quek (CA, S’pore). Amabel was previously the Audit and Accounts manager of a well established Singapore Certified Public Accounting firm. In her seven years with the CPA firm, Amabel has rendered her services to a wide range of industries including property development, trading, construction, investment holdings, hotels, healthcare, logistics and non-profit organizations.
Our firm is therefore well equipped to be of service to our clients from incorporation to advising on the manner of effective business operations, accounting, taxation and financing.
